Simply call 804-266-2429 and press zero during the message. After the greeting, leave the following information for our billing manager:
1. Full Name
2. Billing address on file with your credit card company
3. Phone Number on file with your credit card company
4. Email address
5. Customer ID (at bottom right of invoice
6. Invoice Number (also at the bottom right of the invoice)
Once we receive and process your information our billing manager will email you a confirmation receipt.
